In our continuous effort to establish Scan as a super brand we changed company name from Krog Iversen & Co A/S to Scan A/S, effective from the 12th of March 2008.

Scan A/S will maintain Krog Iversen & Co. A/S and KI Produktion A/S as second names.

All juridical relationships (company registration number, shareholders capital, board of directors, bank details, auditors etc) remain unchanged.

Consequently this change will have no other practical consequences apart from the fact that we have a new name.
